OSI Medical Centers Open Charitable Fund

The Orthopaedic and Spine Institute Medical Centers in San Antonio, Texas, has formed The Steven & Le Ann Cyr Family Charitable Fund in association with The San Antonio Area Foundation in order to distribute money to Christian-based organizations and charities.

The charitable fund will benefit organizations including and the United Services Organization, the Wounded Warrior Program, Upward Transitions Therapeutic Horsemanship and Currey Creek Baptist Church.
