OrthoWorx names new executive director of retention program

OrthoWorx, a nonprofit supporting the orthopedic industry in Warsaw, Ind., has appointed Andrea Sullivan as the new executive director of the Orthopedic Industry Retention Initiative.

In the role, Ms. Sullivan will lead talent attraction and retention to strengthen orthopedics in Warsaw, according to an Oct. 10 news release from OrthoWorx. 

She has more than a decade of experience in the healthcare and medical device industries, where she has held multiple leadership roles. 

The Orthopedic Industry Retention Initiative is a state-funded, three-year program designed to improve quality-of-place, talent development and innovation efforts in orthopedics, the release said.
