OrthoVirginia names orthopedic surgeon as CEO

North Chesterfield-based OrthoVirginia named David Jevsevar, MD, as its new CEO.

Dr. Jevsevar is an orthopedic surgeon and most recently was chair and regional vice president of orthopedics at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health in Lebanon, N.H., according to a May 16 email shared with Becker’s. 

“We conducted an exhaustive national search and Dave’s vast experiences separated him immediately,” Ben Kittredge, MD, OrthoVirginia’s board president, said in the release. “His strengths are a unique blend of strategy, culture and orthopedic physician perspective.”

Dr. Jevsevar’s clinical practice focuses on hip and knee replacement, according to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health.
