OrthoUnited sells 80K-square-foot real estate portfolio

Canton, Ohio-based OrthoUnited’s real estate portfolio has been sold to Montecito Medical Real Estate.

The portfolio includes about 80,455 square feet of rentable space in Canton, Ohio. 

OrthoUnited is an independent orthopedic group supporting more than 35 musculoskeletal specialists including orthopedic surgeons. 

The newly constructed OASIS Surgery Center and OMNI medical office building are part of the portfolio, the release said.
