Orthopedic Institute of North Texas to anchor $50M medical office building

A Dallas-based real estate firm has broken ground on a medical office building that will be anchored by several tenants, including the Orthopedic Institute of North Texas, in Frisco, Texas, according to a May 5 report from REBusiness Online.

The $50 million medical office building will span 85,800 square feet on 242 acres. It is expected to open in 2026. 

Other anchor tenants will include Compass Surgical Partners and Lam Vascular & Associates.
