OSCC physicians — Richard Froeb, MD; Robert Carangelo, MD; and Robert Waskowitz, MD — will join OAH in July. As part of the transaction, OAH will also acquire both OSCC locations.
OAH CFO Dave Mudano explained changes from healthcare reform drove the decision to pursue this transaction, according to the report. OAH currently includes six offices and 22 physicians.
