Orthopedic ASC’s parent company adds to C-suite

TriasMD, the parent company of DISC Surgery Centers in Newport Beach, Calif., named new executive leaders including Lee Levanduski as CEO, Andrew Nice as COO and Mike Lembo as CFO.

Mr. Levanduski has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and practice leadership, and Mr. Nice previously worked with USPI, according to a June 16 news release. Mr. Lembo has more than a decade of experience with private equity–backed healthcare platforms.

TriasMD also named Anthony Todaro as vice president of marketing, Rachel Jensen as vice president of supply chain and procurement and Joey Dambroso as controller.

Their appointments come as TriasMD prepares to open its eights ASC and expand into Florida.

“TriasMD’s new executive leadership team is well positioned to seize this opportunity, setting the standards for complex outpatient spine and total joint replacement through DISC’s centers of excellence,” Robert Bray, Jr., MD, TriasMD and DISC founder, said in the release.
