Pewaukee-based Orthopaedic Associates of Wisconsin is opening an orthopedic clinic and ASC in Johnson Creek, Wis., according to a June 18 report from Watertown Daily Times.

The new project, which was approved in May by Johnson Creek officials, will add “dozens” of jobs in the area, according to the report.

The ASC and clinic will total 46,000 square feet, and house orthopedic services, including hand and upper extremity care, spine care, joint replacement surgery, sports medicine, and foot and ankle surgery.

While most of the physicians at the new clinic have existing roles at OAW, it is not clear exactly how many will work at the new facility, though officials are estimating around 75 employees per week.

OAW aims to open the clinic and ASC in the second half of 2026.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
