Albany, N.Y.-based OrthoNY is expanding its partnership with IKS Health to include patient engagement software.
The practice, which has been using IKS Health’s revenue cycle management tools, will add its artificial intelligence-powered patient engagement hub, according to an April 15 news release.
IKS Health’s patient engagement hub uses proprietary algorithms to analyze historical and individual scores of awareness of obligations, ability to meet them, and willingness to do so. Patient reminders are personalized to drive adherence.
At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
