Four notes:
1. Omaha-based OrthoNebraska will be the sole tenant in the 23,000-square-foot facility.
2. NexCore Group, a healthcare real estate developer, is building the facility, which it will own in a joint venture with real estate investment management firm Harrison Street.
3. The facility is expected to open in the second quarter of 2022.
4. OrthoNebraska currently has 32 physicians and 15 locations, according to its website.
