OrthoIndy gets $45M to refinance medical office building

Indianapolis-based OrthoIndy got $45 million for the refinancing of OrthoIndySouth in Greenwood, Commercial Property Executive reported March 31.

OrthoIndy acquired the 77,600-square foot medical office building in 2020 for $51.8 million and in the same year the location was subject to a $46.1 million loan, the report said.

OrthoIndy has 11 locations in the metro Indianapolis region.
