1. BridgeHealth bundles payments that allow self-insured group health plans to reduce costs by 30 percent to 50 percent on average per procedure.

2. OrthoAtlanta is one of the largest physician-owned orthopedic and sports medicine practices in the area. The two centers partnering with BridgeHealth are in Austell, Ga., and Fayetteville, Ga.

3. Polaris Spine & Neurosurgery Center offers comprehensive spine and brain care. The outpatient center also offers robotic surgery.
