The acquisition represents a significant expansion for Orlin & Cohen, which now has offices in New York City.
HAM has 16 physicians and seven locations, including four clinical offices in Staten Island and two in Brooklyn.
Orlin & Cohen, an affiliate of New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Northwell Health, now has 20 offices in New York and provides treatment for the full spectrum of orthopedic conditions.
The HAM office will continue to be clinically led by John Reilly, M.D. and Glenn Babus, D.O.
