The center will offer orthopedic and sports medicine care without an appointment, according to an Oct. 17 news release shared with Becker’s.

The new site opened its doors in early October and offers diagnostic and treatment options for bone and soft tissue injuries.

The clinic will be led by Gabriela Acosta, PA-C, who has worked at the Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute Winter Park, Lake Mary and Windermere, Fla., locations since December.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
