Orlando, Fla.-based Orchid Medical has named William R. Kennedy, MD, of Kennedy-White Orthopedic Center in Sarasota, Fla., medical director of Orchid Medical’s Surgical Cost Containment Program.

Orchid Medical is an ancillary healthcare service company specializing in the worker’s compensation market. The cost containment program provides the workers’ compensation industry a cost-effective, streamlined delivery system for medical implant devices prior to surgery.
