Mr. Smith will leave his post at the end of 2022, and the practice’s COO, Mark D’Aloisio, will step into the CEO role at the start of 2023, according to a May 2 news release. Mr. Smith has led Orthopedic ONE since it was founded in 2013. A physician board chose Mr. D’Aloisio as the next leader.
Before joining Orthopedic ONE, Mr. D’Aloisio worked as vice president of operations at Mount Carmel East in Columbus.
Orthopedic ONE is the largest physician-owned orthopedic practice in Ohio, the release said.
