Ohio orthopedic group expands urgent care services to 9 locations

Akron, Ohio-based Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center recently expanded its QuickCare service to an additional five locations to ease the burden on emergency rooms during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Akron Beacon Journal reports.

Four things to know:

1. CCOC now has nine locations offering orthopedic urgent care services in Northeast Ohio.

2. The practice also bolstered telehealth services for patients in need of more routine care.

3. CCOC has 12 locations and 42 physicians, including five spine surgeons, according to its website. 

4. The practice provides the full spectrum of spine and orthopedic care, performing more than 17,000 surgeries annually.
