OAD Orthopedics in Illinois Bought by Cadence Health System for $75M

Cadence Health in Winfield, Ill., will pay $75 million for OAD Orthopedics, a group of suburban Chicago orthopedic surgeons.

The acquisition of the 23-doctor practice includes specialists, nurses and staff, as well as substantial real estate assets. The deal includes an outpatient surgery center in Warrenville and medical office buildings in Naperville and Wheaton.
