NueHealth, MUVE Health, Rothman joint venture adding 10 new centers to network

Philadelphia-based Rothman Orthopedics and Leawood, Kan.-based entities NueHealth and MUVE Health will expand their network of joint venture surgical centers and hospitals to 18.

What you should know:

1. The companies are continuing their partnership and growing their network from eight entities to 18. Four of the new centers will be MUVE-affiliated specialty joint and spine centers.

2. The three companies partnered in February 2019 and formed a joint venture designed to replicate the success Rothman has had in the greater Philadelphia area.

3. In February, the partnership identified opportunities in Florida, Texas and the Midwest as potential acquisition targets.
