Northwestern Medicine names 2 co-directors of Hip and Knee Joint Preservation Center

Winfield, Ill.-based Northwestern Medicine Regional Medical Group selected orthopedic sports medicine surgeons Sanjeev Bhatia, MD, and Brian Chilelli, MD, to co-direct its new Hip and Knee Joint Preservation Center, the Daily Herald reports.

The Warrenville, Ill.-based Hip and Knee Joint Preservation Center at Central DuPage Hospital is geared toward helping patients delay or avoid joint replacement surgery.

It is also a center for research and education on hip and joint preservation, sports medicine, and orthopedic wellness.
