New York spine, neuro practice adds Dr. John Galeno

Harrison-based Brain & Spine Surgeons of N.Y. added spine surgeon John Galeno, MD, to its practice, reports Danbury Daily Voice.

Dr. Galeno is an assistant professor of orthopedics at New York Medical College in Valhalla.

He treats complex spinal conditions such as scoliosis and kyphosis as well as tumors and degenerative conditions of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine.

Dr. Galeno graduated from the University of Bologna School of Medicine in Italy. 

Following medical school, he completed an orthopedic surgery residency at NYMC and a fellowship in spinal surgery at the University of Toronto in Canada.
