New orthopedic surgery center to open at Albuquerque hospital

Presbyterian and New Mexico Orthopaedics are set to open a new surgery center on the Presbyterian Kaseman Hospital campus in Albuquerque, N.M., reports KRQE.

The facility will focus on same day orthopedic, podiatry and pain surgical services.

It is expected to open early next year and will service approximately 16,000 patients annually.

The new facility will add to the 14 clinics currently located on the Presbyterian Kaseman Hospital campus, which includes a pain and spine center, a general surgery facility and psychiatric services among others.
