Construction on the $91 million orthopedic-focused facility began recently. The building will be on New Hanover Regional Medical Center’s main campus.
The new building will accommodate for expanded orthopedic, trauma, specialty surgery and spine services. The hospital expects the new building to be complete in 2019.
