He specializes in fracture care, joint preservation and management of complex shoulder, knee, hip and elbow injuries.

Dr. Lissy provided care to some of the world’s top athletes during his fellowship at Detroit Medical Center, MSU Health said. He holds a master’s degree in physical therapy and is certified as an athletic trainer and strength coach, having worked with Olympians in each of the three professions.

He specializes in ankle, knee, hip, elbow and shoulder arthroscopic surgeries, the system said.
