Montecito Medical buys building housing Florida orthopedic practice

Montecito Medical bought the home housing Orthopaedic Medical Group of Tampa Bay in Lithia, Fla.

The 37,000-square-foot building opened in 2021 and is fully occupied by the practice, according to an Aug. 3 news release. The company has eight locations, and its Lithia building is its headquarters. 

The purchase expands Montecito’s footprint in the Tampa-St. Petersburg area.
