Montecito Medical acquires NewSouth NeuroSpine building — 6 things to know

Montecito Medical Real Estate acquired the NewSouth NeuroSpine building in Flowood, Miss.

Here are six things to know:

 

1. NewSouth NeuroSpine CEO Frank S. York, III, said Montecito Medical understands healthcare real estate and the practice is excited to collaborate with the firm.

 

2. The NewSouth NeuroSpine building encompasses 56,665 square feet.

 

3. The building, established in 2007, houses neurosurgery, spine surgery, interventional pain management and physical medicine and rehabilitation services.

 

4. The building includes 30 exam rooms; digital X-ray; MRI; a pain management clinic; a physical therapy center; and a neurosurgery and orthopedic spine surgical center.

 

5. Within the surgical center, the building squares off 6,000 square feet to ambulatory pain management space for epidural steroid injections.

 

6. Since 2015, Montecito Medical has acquired 35 medical office buildings.
