Montecito Medical acquires Indianapolis building with orthopedic center

Montecito Medical acquired the medical office building housing the Midwest Center for Joint Replacement in Indianapolis.

This is the fourth acquisition in Indiana since December, Montecito Medical said in a Jan. 6 news release. The company also made four acquisitions in the state during 2020 and 2021.

Midwest Center for Joint Replacement offers orthopedic clinical care, surgery and physical therapy. It’s the dominant orthopedic group in its region and has another location in Bloomington, Ind. The medical office building housing its Indianapolis location is 34,369 square feet.
