Montana hospital unveils new orthopedic urgent care clinic — 3 insights

St. Peter’s Health in Helena, Mont., opened a new orthopedic urgent care clinic to treat walk-in patients, reports Independent Record.

Three insights:

1. The new facility Is part of a plan to improve access to care across all the hospital’s service lines and will treat patients of all ages.

2. It will provide evaluation and treatment for injuries and conditions such as broken bones, strains, sprains, infection concerns and sports injuries.

3. The clinic features two physicians and four advanced practice providers, with an orthopedic surgeon and physician’s assistant due to arrive in the summer.
