Missouri health system to open $9.25M pediatric center with orthopedics, sports medicine

St. Louis-based SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital is opening a $9.25 million pediatric multispecialty facility in south St. Louis County on Nov. 4, St. Louis Business Journal reports.

Four things to know:

1. The 15,000-square-foot center will provide orthopedic and sports medicine services.

2. It is replacing the SSM Health Cardinal Glennon pediatric specialty services clinic in Crestwood, Mo., which closed Oct. 25.

3. The pediatric center will feature X-ray, MRI and ultrasound services.

4. SSM Health operates facilities in four states and posted total revenue of $7.6 billion last year.
