Three things to know:

1. Northfield Hospital and Clinics accommodated physicians from District One Hospital in Faribault, Minn., in its current ENT clinic after DOH was displaced by Summit Orthopedics in 2017.

2. The current clinic is not intended for orthopedics. The new 5,600-square-foot space is already built like a clinic and will require $300,000 build-out costs to feature both ENT and orthopedics.

3. The Northfield City Council unanimously approved the building transaction. Equipment is set to be installed in July, with move-in in August or September.
