Midtown Orthopedics renews lease in downtown New York City

Midtown Orthopedics has signed a seven-year lease extension on a 15,000-square-foot space in downtown New York City, according to an Aug. 6 report from the Commercial Observer.

The practice specializes in joint replacements, and occupies part of the 25-story, 305,675-square-foot building. 

Midtown pays an estimated $1,035,000 for space in the building, according to the report.
