The Orthopedic Institute will be renamed Mercy Health — Paducah Orthopedic Center and will bring together the expertise of physicians from both systems.

Through the partnership, Mercy patients will have access to a broader range of services including orthopedics, surgery, imaging, rehab and therapy.

The two organizations are working closely to integrate operations, systems and methods to provide an easy transition for patients.

The institute’s seven physicians, nine physician assistants and one nurse practitioner will join the Mercy Health team.

At the Becker's 23rd Annual Spine, Orthopedic and Pain Management-Driven ASC + The Future of Spine Conference, taking place June 11-13 in Chicago, spine surgeons, orthopedic leaders and ASC executives will come together to explore minimally invasive techniques, ASC growth strategies and innovations shaping the future of outpatient spine care.
