The appointment was made as the company is preparing to launch its LifeGel flowable hemostat for spine surgery, according to a news release.
“He has helped to grow Raleigh Neurosurgical Clinic into one of the fastest-growing spine surgery center groups in the US,” Jim Buck, CEO of Medcura, said in the release.. “Given Medcura’s spine surgery focus as a market beachhead for LifeGel, Jacob is an outstanding addition and will provide expert insight guiding our commercialization of LifeGel into spine surgery centers and hospitals.”
