McLean County Orthopedics sells medical office building, leases back space

Bloomington, Ill.-based McLean County Orthopedics sold the 60,231-square-foot building housing its practice to Hammes Partners and then signed a long-term lease to remain in the building, RE Journals reports.

2. The building was built in 2016, and McLean County Orthopedics made several investments into it. The building is attached to a wellness center, creating a wellness campus.

3. Avison Young negotiated the sale between the two entities.
