McLaren Health Care plans to build a $53.6 million ambulatory care and orthopedic center in Bay City, Mich., according to a June 20 report from MLive.

The two-story, 50,000-square-foot facility will welcome its first patients in the summer of 2026, with the orthopedic center opening first. The ambulatory center will follow in 2027.

The ambulatory care center will house a laboratory and advanced imaging center, primary care office with nine providers, a cardiology office with two providers and a rotating specialists’ office with two to three specialist providers each day. The orthopedic center will house a pain management center and physical rehabilitation services.
