The 20,000-square-foot facility includes a fixed MRI, two X-ray suites and an ultrasound procedure room.
The center will be open to University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire students and athletes as well as the general public.
All physicians seeing patients at the center are from other Mayo Clinics in the Chippewa Valley of Michigan, according to the report.
