Mayo Clinic Hospital in Phoenix earned straight As in a hospital safety report conducted by the Leapfrog Group, a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit tasked with improving the quality and safety of U.S. healthcare, reports Phoenix Business Journal.

Four details:

1. MCH is among 41 out of 2,600 graded hospitals to have earned straight As since The Leapfrog Group began releasing the report cards in 2012.

2. Opening in the fall of 1998 MCH is the first hospital designed and built by Mayo Clinic, and features 268 licensed beds with 21 operating rooms, an emergency room, a transplant center and a full-service clinical laboratory.

3. MCH also offers diagnostic imaging and noninvasive heart tests, and lung testing services.

4. The Mayo Clinic’s Arizona campus is ranked the number one hospital in the state and is ranked number 11 in the country in the U.S. News Best Hospitals Honor Roll.
