The group recently purchased 4.25 acres of undeveloped land, where they are seeking approval to build a new medical center.
The center purchased the land for $233,750, or $55,000 an acre.
The proposed building is around 16,147 square feet and will include a surgery center. Preliminary plans for the site go before the city’s planning commission July 13.
