The move is expected to round out Our Lady of the Lake’s neurological services, the report said. Details about the transaction weren’t disclosed, and the report said there are no plans to rebrand The Spine Hospital, also based in Baton Rouge.

The deal involves only the medical practice and not The Spine Hospital’s building.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
