The health system will implement telemedicine services at 10 locations, where patients will be able to receive specialized care without having to drive to Owensboro.
Participating locations include Sports Medicine/Surgical Specialists in Tell City, Ind., OH Muhlenberg Healthplex in Powderly, Ky., and OH Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville, Ky.
The initiative will be running within the next four months, providing patients with faster and more affordable access to care.
