Mr. Austin was previously CEO of Columbia (Mo.) Orthopaedic Group, the report said. He will lead Kansas City Orthopedic Alliance and Kansas City Orthopaedic Institute, which has six locations across Kansas and Missouri.
Dr. Rhoades will continue his clinical work.
