Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente has opened a 20,700-square-foot sports medicine center in Sacramento, Calif., according to an April 13 report from ABC 10.
The Sports Medicine Center at Sacramento Downtown Commons has a procedure room, seven exam rooms and four private treatment rooms.
Sports medicine physicians, physical therapists, athletic trainers, neuropsychologists and adaptive sports specialists provide care at the center.
Services include injury prevention programs, physical therapy and rehabilitation and sports-related concussion management.
The facility also includes an on-site laboratory, a pharmacy and radiology services, the report said.
