The institute will be 91,000 square feet.
Physicians will perform an array of orthopedic procedures including joint replacement surgeries and spine procedures.
The center will employ 150 people, including 14 orthopedic surgeons. The center expects to see up to 275 patients daily.
The ASC will have five operating rooms and an imaging center.
