Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Tennessee Opens Renovated Orthopedics Center

Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tenn., recently opened its renovated orthopedic center, according to a report from The Jackson Sun.

The renovations added 19,000 square feet to the center and doubled the size of 24 patient rooms. The suite-style rooms include Stryker beds, showers to accommodate joint replacement patients, sleeper sofas for families, upgraded computers and workstations and upgraded patient monitoring systems.

A new physical therapy gym was also constructed as part of the upgrade.
