Baltimore-based University of Maryland Orthopaedics leased space in a building in Hunt Valley, Md., Baltimore Business Journal reported Nov. 30.
University of Maryland Orthopaedics will occupy 17,000 square feet of the 98,640-square-foot building. The health system is expected to open a clinic in February to expand its reach into the suburbs.
The facility is expected to house 16 exam rooms, a procedure room and physical therapy space.
