In 2019, transaction activity saw a steady rise across the healthcare industry and is anticipated to continue this growth throughout 2020 and into 2021.

Leaders of independent medical groups should be exploring options to position themselves for long-term success.

Physician Group Transactions 2020: Prospering in Healthcare's Uncertain Future, a one-day conference educating physicians and leaders of independent medical groups on strategic transaction options, will take place April 23 at the University Club of Chicago.

This conference will examine innovative changes in the marketplace and strategic options for medical groups to:

1. "Hedge" their risks of future uncertainty

2. Maximize their enterprise value and the compensation earned by their physicians over the next several years.

Registration is by invitation only.
