The National Association for Business Resources named Atlanta-based Resurgens Orthopaedics one of its "Best & Brightest Companies to Work for in Atlanta" for a third consecutive time, Cobb Business Journal reports.

1. Resurgens was one of 121 companies selected for the honor out of more than 2,400 nominations.
2. The designation recognizes companies with exceptional human resource practices and plentiful employee enrichment opportunities.
3. To select the winners, NABR analyzed multiple characteristics of the nominated organizations, including communication, work-life balance, employee education and diversity.
