Reno (Nev.) Orthopedic Clinic has broken ground on its 76,000-square-foot expansion in downtown Reno, reports Northern Nevada Business View.

Three things to know:

1. The four-story, $54 million expansion will feature a surgery center and urgent care facility to meet growing patient demand.

2. ROC features 25 physicians, 10 of which are orthopedic surgeons. It is the only urgent care and orthopedic site in downtown Reno.

3. Construction is set to be completed in the fall of 2020.
