South Dakota hospital building new orthopedic care clinic — 3 insights

A new project will condense all Sioux Falls, S.D.-based Sanford Health's orthopedic services onto one campus, Inforum reports.

What you should know:

1. Sanford Health is transferring its orthopedic walk-in clinic to Fargo, N.D.-based Sanford South University Medical Center through a $20 million to $25 million construction and renovation project.

2. Sanford will offer all its orthopedic services at Sanford South University Medical Center.

3. Administrators expect the project to take between 12 and 18 months.
