New York providers break ground on $4.5M medical complex with orthopedic office — 3 insights

Albany, N.Y.-based providers Albany Medical Center and The Bone and Joint Center partnered with Columbia Development to create a $4.5 million medical office complex, the Olean Times Herald reports.

What you should know:

1. The complex will be 14,400 square feet and will house an Albany Med EmUrgentCare office and a satellite office for The Bone and Joint Center's orthopedic specialists.

2. The complex will offer space for other medical professionals.

3. Columbia Developments will own and manage the space once it is complete.
